Where do I even start??? We booked a mobility scooter and oxygen for my dad on our family trip to Yellowstone and Abby Home Medical is the sole reason this trip was even possible in the first place. My dad wouldn’t have been able to do it without these devices. When booking across the country they were quick to answer, advised me on accessories needed (it was my first time booking this stuff and I was overwhelmed), and gave me confidence that everything would be ready and working for pickup. Dave the owner went above and beyond when we forgot a changer to the scooter and were already hours away into our trip- he looked up stores where we were and did an order for pickup instead of us having to figure it out ourselves. When I called him in a panic it was 5 minutes to close and he did much of this work after hours- I assure you not many other places would have done that for us. His equipment is very fairly priced and they make sure they include all of the other things you may need with it. You can tell Dave has a passion for his business and prides himself in customer service. His daughter who also works there and Amy are also fantastic - they helped me a lot in the booking process to answer all of my questions. In all my years I have never had such a good experience with a company from start to finish. I’m so grateful to know that companies like this exist, they are giving people opportunities to create memories and experiences that due to disability they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. Dave, and his staff were very helpful both times we have rented a go scooter!   We decided to buy a Go Scooter for more convenience,  Dave was good to work with!

I just bought my second utility scooter from Abby Home Medical. Let me just say that Dave has superior customer service and strives to satisfy the customer in every way. He took my first scooter in trade and gave me a really good deal for an upgrade. He took it upon himself to add a larger, more comfortable seat and delivered it to my home. Thanks, Dave.
